How we work
Every project starts with a brief scoping call or written exchange to confirm deliverables before a contract is issued. Starter and Standard ship in 5–10 business days; Custom Build timelines are set in the proposal.
Payment & billing
Starter / Standard: 100% at project start (net-7). Custom Build: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Retainers bill monthly on the same date. Hourly is billed on completion.
Out-of-scope work
Scope issues are flagged before any extra work proceeds. A separate written quote or $100/hr approval is required first — no work and no billing without explicit written approval.
