Yes. The Care Plan ($249/mo) covers up to four support requests a month, and the Full Service Retainer ($999/mo) provides unlimited frontend requests — features, widgets, and theme work — completed one active task at a time, billed monthly.
Starter and Standard engagements are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of contract signing and asset receipt. Custom Build timelines are included in the proposal and usually run 3–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Starter and Standard are 100% due at project start (net-7). Custom Builds are 50% deposit to begin and 50% on final delivery and approval. Retainers bill monthly on the same date; cancel with 7 days' notice.
Absolutely — the Starter tier applies your branding to a theme you've already chosen, and free BigCommerce themes are fully compatible. We'll confirm fit on the discovery call.
Design (wireframes/mockups) and API or backend work sit outside the standard retainers and are scoped and quoted separately — never started without written approval.
